As a reflection of my commitment and standards, and to ensure a professional relationship from the start, a deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is redeemable against your treatment cost and the balance is payable on the day of your treatment. Deposits are not refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment.

All Refill appointments must be done within 8 weeks of the initial procedure. This treatment is included in the cost of the treatment. The purpose of the Refill is to reinforce the colour and make adjustments if necessary.

Colourboost appointments are a single treatment and do not include a second (Refill) appointment. However, if at the time of the Colourboost treatment you feel that another is necessary, it can be done for an additional £100 4 to 8 weeks after the initial Colourboost. Colourboost treatments must be carried out within 15 months of the initial treatment.
